Building Block Rect Tool

To add a block:

1. Click and hold the left mouse button where a first corner of the block should appear.
2. Move the cursor diagonally to specify the location of the opposite corner.
3. Release the button.

To adjust the size or location of the created block, select it and drag one of its corners.
